亞洲寶石學院及鑑定所於2013年9月慶祝成立30周年，特於2013年9月14日香港國際珠寶展覽會期間，假座香港灣仔會展中心(新翼) N201B 室，舉辦AGIL 2013國際寶石學研討會。

是次大型的國際寶石學研討會，邀請來自瑞士、德國、英國(蘇格蘭)、中國、香港、台灣、韓國及加拿大等地之國際頂級寶石學及光學專家，主講關於紅寶石、翡翠、鑽石、珍珠等的最新鑑定方法，與及將發光二極體LED照明技術應用於寶石學和台灣與中國大陸珠寶市場的差異與互補等的精彩內容。

AGIL 2013國際寶石學研討會，於9月14日上午十時半至下午五時十五分舉行，現場備有普通話及英語即時傳譯及茶點招待，希望能夠藉此加強國際間的寶石學專家及鑑定所的互動，使各方未來的合作關係更加密切。
